Like you, I have run my own businesses (in my case for over 20 years) at first Growth was good (it’s not hard to take a business from zero to something) but as we grew beyond £750K it got harder and harder to get out of the day to day and make progress.In my case I grew my small business to just short of £2million but margins were tight and stress was high and if you’re still reading I think you may know what I mean?
It was at that point I knew I needed something to change, I started to research mentors and ended up with 2 great coaches who helped me get out of the weeds and focus on my goals (you know the ones we made when we started our businesses?)
Speaking of which I have 4 wonderful Kids, and 2 beautiful Grandchildren (twins), I love the outdoors and travelling in my motorhome with Vince the spaniel.
